Critical Policy:

  • We do NOT provide ghostwriting services.
  • We do NOT write academic papers, theses, or dissertations from scratch.
  • Our services are strictly limited to technical AI and data science support.
  • Clients MUST provide their own dataset or a concrete research methodology.

1. Service Description

AI Academic Consultancy provides professional technical services including data preprocessing, AI/ML model development, statistical analysis, data visualization, and academic output support. Our services are consultation-based: clients submit a quote request, we evaluate, and provide a proposal.

2. Scope of Services — Important Limitations

Our engagement model is built around technical consultancy. Any request that conflicts with academic integrity standards or falls outside the agreed technical scope may be declined.

3. Quote Process

  • All projects begin with a quote request submitted via our website.
  • Quotes are non-binding until both parties sign a mutual NDA and agree on terms.
  • We reserve the right to decline any project that does not meet our ethical guidelines.
  • Pricing is determined on a per-project basis based on scope and complexity.

4. Confidentiality

All projects are protected by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding project data, methodologies, and results.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables (code, models, analyses, visualizations) become the intellectual property of the client. We retain no rights to use your data or results beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

6. Payment

Payment terms are specified in the project proposal. We may require partial upfront payment for larger projects. Payment details will be communicated via email after quote acceptance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for how clients use the deliverables, including any academic consequences. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with their institution's policies.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
